Holiday Apartment 10 at the Dünenblick holiday complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>This cheerfully furnished 3-room holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of Building 1. With approximately 60 m² of living space, it features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette. The beach is only about 50 m away from the Dünenblick holiday complex.<br><br>You can access the furnished balcony from one of the bedrooms and from the living room. Enjoy the unobstructed lake view from here. The living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system. The dining area is also located within the spacious living area. One window in both the living room and the bedrooms is fitted with a high-quality insect screen.<br><br>The built-in kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.<br><br>The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed at standard height (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms feature a closet, providing ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe. Curtains on the windows provide privacy. However, an additional travel cot will not fit in the bedrooms.<br>The first bedroom also features a flat-screen TV for entertainment.<br><br>The modern, tiled bathroom has a shower. The living room and bedrooms feature designer flooring. Please note that pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. A parking space is available in the underground garage.<br><br>At Dünenblick, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle storage, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available.<br><br>The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The popular Dünenblick complex is located directly across from the beautiful, white Baltic Sea beach. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the beach offer you the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday right on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The entire complex has free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or the (rooftop) terrace of your apartment. Some holiday apartments overlooking the Baltic Sea offer a direct view of the ocean.<br><br>Coin-operated washing machines and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the first building. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the holiday complex.
