"This resort exceeded our every expectation. From the minute we walked in to the minute we checked out, everything and everyone was fantastic. The lobby area was immaculate, our room was incredible, breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Staff was attentive to everyone and never let a person stand on line. The lobby smells like beautiful flowers and the attention to detail was obvious. They gave us an Easter treat in our room and because it was my birthday, we arrived to find a piece of cake with a candle and a bottle of champagne. Pools, beach, great fitness club and 5 restaurants on property. If you dont feel like staying on property, there are a couple restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure. We loved it!"

"For what we paid for our trip over Easter it is hard to pick fault with this place. Our room was exactly as we expected which isn’t always the case when going off the pics provided. Decor throughout is very homely, reception, bar and breakfast areas all very nice and the breakfast itself was decent too. Pool and roof bar were perfect for the temps we had (mid 20s) and were never over crowded. Couldn’t knock any of the staff either, all lovely people from reception staff to bar staff to cleaning staff we couldn’t have asked for much more. Would stay here again, no questions. "

"Check-in was smooth and the room was comfortable and well presented. The staff at reception were efficient. Unfortunately, the service elsewhere left much to be desired, particularly in the a la carte dining restaurant where staff seemed poorly trained and inattentive to guests’ needs. The Easter egg hunt was very poorly organised and disappointing, leaving many children upset. Overall, a mixed experience — good start but service issues bring it down to about three stars."

"This property is excellent! Fifth visit for us and we will return. Staff are all amazing, the rooftop pool and bar are just gorgeous, breakfast is first class and rooms are beautiful. They went above and beyond on this visit as we took our son with us who has coeliac, the gluten free options they provided were brilliant. There’s only one thing you should be aware of and that is, because it’s a property right in the centre of the old town, some of the rooms have pretty awful views into neighbouring properties and where there’s quite a lot of building work/unsightly buildings and some balconies don’t see any sun all day/evening. But I guess that’s a small price to pay for the great location! "

A special mention should be made of the cleaning team and the team that maintained the pool and grounds, everything was beautifully perfect. Thank you for looking after us! "
