There was no breakfast, rooms not serviced, range and sink but no cutlery or dishes. Not a 4 star hotel. Should get refund.

Nous sommes arrivés en fin d apm pour déposer nos affaires, au moment de nous donner la chambre, la dame nous y amène et la chambre n'était pas faite, pas nettoyée, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus et impossible de la faire fonctionner. changements de chambre Climatisation qui marche quand elle veut et le top pas d’eau chaude sur deux jours le matin car l’eau chauffe par le solaire Nous sommes vraiment pas du tout satisfait de cette hôtel qui a la prétention d avoir 4 étoiles rien à voir avec un 4 étoiles Pas de parasol au bord de la piscine État de l’hôtel : mal entretenu A bannir des sites.

Horrible séjour! Une honte

Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel pareil! Et pourtant j’ai voyagé. Ne vous laissez pas berner par sa jolie façade. Cet hôtel affiche 4 étoiles mais ne devrait pas en avoir une seule. Nous n’avons pas eu les chambres réservées (2 à l’étage vue mer) mais une chambre familiale à l’arrière du bâtiment. La literie est constituée uniquement d’un drap. Pas d’oreiller pour tout le monde. Pas de service de nettoyage de chambre. Pas de tv. Aucun endroit où pendre une serviette de plage, à sécher. Un coin cuisine avec uniquement des verres ( pas d’autre vaisselle ) Une lampe de chevet pour 5 lits. Joints de la douche noircis. Prises détachées du mur, voir carrément sans protection. Personnel ne parlant pas anglais et ne regardant même pas dans les yeux. Jamais personne à la réception. Le directeur dégoûté que nous ayons pu avoir deux chambres pour si peu cher à refusé de nous les donner, et les a remplacé par une chambre unique moins bien située. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, si nous y sommes restés c’est par ce qu’il n’y avait de la place nulle part. À fuire!!!!!

Chambre spacieuse avec climatisation, 2 beaux balcons donnant sur la piscine et vue sur mer. Présence d'un frigidaire très appréciable. Accueil très chaleureux. Malgré notre arrivée très tardive et notre niveau d'anglais déplorable, la dame s'est très professionnelle et serviable. Accès mer en 2mn à pieds, idem pour le port de Bol. Très belle situation au calme !

Elsket byen Bol, men oppholdet var tragisk😂

Byen Bol er nydelig! Servicen og standarden på Hotel Ivan er svært dårlig! Møtte en sinna person i resepsjonen som hadde glemt oss og ikke kunne gi oss rom. Bestillingen eksisterte ikke påstod han og kranglet høylytt med oss. En annen kom bort til oss etter at vi selv fikk hente en madrass og lagt oss på et rom allikevel, og sa at de fant bestillingen. Frokosten er pannekaker og hvitt brød😅 og 2 pålegg.

Bad service, bad breakfast not a 4star hotel!

We arrived and the room we had booked was not avalible. The staff had to translate because their horrible boss couldnt speak english, he was so rude to us you cant imagine. Instead he offered us a really small room with a bed for one, we were two. Ended up with a little bit bigger dirty room and had to pay 300 euros extra. The breakfast was like one or non-star level. One type of snowwhite bread, tomatoes and cold scrambled eggs. Unfortunaly not a hotel to recomend, but croatia is on the otherhand beautiful and we spend our last days at another hotel.

Definetly ont a 4 star hotel. They probably put their stars by them selfs, it is more like a 2 stars hotel. We had 2 dirty balconys whitout furniture, the kitchenett had no cooking ware at all. The pool was not very clean and there were hardly any sunbeds. It was very close to the board walk(strandpromenad).

Hotel muito bem localizado. Fica a 3 min do pier onde tem tudo em Bol. O hotel tem piscina, conforto, cafe da manha muito bom. Atendimento excelente dos funcionarios.

Gästvänligt hotell med bra läge men rummet slitet

Vi hade rum mot baksidan som inte var renoverade och väl enkla och slitna. Framförallt badrummen. Basic frukost men helt ok. Bra service och gästvänlighet. Till exempel lät de oss använda terrassen för att ordna egen stor familjemiddag på terrassen tillsammans med personer som inte bodde på hotellet. Fint läge I gamla stan men backe upp till hotellet, att tänka på om svårt att gå.

Castle feeling

A nice and quiet place to stay, near city only a few minutes walk. Breakfast is ok, no more than that, but you get started. The staff is nice and do their best fore you. Pool was clean and large enough. We had a twinn rom with 6 beds, perfect fore us a family of 5. Good value fore your money, I would come back.

Quite disappointing

Hotel Ivan... Almost all of the staff was a bit snorky (except for nice the tall brownhaired woman working nights in the reception), specially the breakfast guy! He made us feel really unwanted! The breakfast as not great, there were carrotsticks that was totally dried out from several days, and not a single glass matched. You didn't know if it was dirty dishes or clean ones! Our room was ok, a bit unclean in the bathroom, and the toiletseat was a bit loose. The AC did work great, so thank you for that! The water in the pool wasn't even seathrough, so we didn't wanna risk getting sick by using it. The hotel owner managed his business from the breakfast room, which was a bit wierd. Would not recommend.

Loses marks for a pool which should have been far cleaner looking. A kettle in the room really should be provided also. That said, the location is brilliant, the staff are friendly, aircon & wifi are good and very decent sized rooms. The view from our room was stunning.

Location was very good but further very bad. No professional staff, unfriendly and no englisch or german speaking. Cleaning rooms insufficiënt. Only beer and cola in the hotel. Swimming pool not cleaned up

Undvik Hotell Ivan!!

Katastrof "hotell" med 2 stjärnor för mycket. Frukost utan kaffe och jouicedryck som mer smakade billig saft. Poolen äcklig med så grumligt vatten att jag inte skulle låta min hund bada i den.. Vi lämnade en natt tidigare än planerat trots att vi betalat i förskott.. Personal som hämtade från nån gammal skräckfilm med total uppgiven blick när man försiktigt påpekar att vi inte trivdes. Expedia ta bort detta hotellet!!

Fint hotell men stort forbedringspotensiale

Koselig og pent hotell. Fint svømmebasseng, men problemer med veps ved bassenget. Varierende service. Problemer med aircondition. Utsikt mot parkeringsplassen trakk ned. Frokosten var ikke så god. Fin beliggenhet i koselig strøk i Bol. Kort avstand til sentrum og fine strender.
