"To start with I made reservations for double beds. I called on the day of check-in to advise I would be a late check-in. The rep advised that would be fine but before the call ended, she wanted to tell me that they had changed my room from double beds to a single stating the third-party site I booked them was not updated. They offered me a 20% discount because of the mistake. When I arrived late that night they then want to advise me there was NO HOT WATER. The rep at the time stated “ they did not tell you when you called”. Implying that they knew this all day long .Of course not. Being so late I had nowhere to go. Everywhere was booked up that there was an event in the city so the following morning I spoke to the manager that advised she would give me 60% off the room. And that never happened. She kept avoiding my phone calls. General manager named Lori Anderson."

"One of the best places I have found to stay near Durant/ Lake Texoma. The cabins seem a little old, but are still nice. If you show up at dark good luck because they don’t have a lot of light illuminating and separating the property you will stay at from all the others so may get confusing. During the day it’s easy enough to navigate. I love how close the cabins are to the lake. Access to the property from Durant for amenities is simple enough. I will definitely be coming back to this place! "

"The curtains didn’t close completely so there was an open gap. There was difficulty plugging into the power sockets because the cords kept falling out. The refrigerator did not reach a cool enough temperature to keep my food cold. The toilet seat was loose. There were no towels or sanitizing wipes in the weight room. "
