Good place to stop when travelling.
Travelling up through France from the south to the north coast this was a good overnight stop. Although there is no restaurant food can be delivered to the hotel and a restaurant is close by. A good continental breakfast is available. The beds are large and comfortable the staff very welcoming.

Perfect for a large group
We filled the chateau with 26 people, aged from 2 to 80, and it never felt overcrowded. Lots of lovely old furniture, but new good quality bedlinen and towels. Very clean. Great spot to stay
Clean room but basic, in need of some modernisation. Breakfast was basic too, but served a purpose. Location in parthenay was good! And parthenay itself is a lovely place to stay.
