New neighborhood on a dead end street. Minimal traffic on the street in front of the home. There is a pond two homes down that often had ducks and geese. There is a large park 1 mile from the home called Molenaar Park. It has a walking path, pond, skate park, play ground, and water activities in the summer. A public library and gas station are 0.5 miles from the home as well.

The main floor features a queen bedroom, a half bath, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and smart TV, and an open dining room and kitchen—perfect for gathering.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms: a spacious primary suite with a king bed, smart TV, rocking chair, soaking tub, and walk-in shower; another king bedroom; a queen bedroom; and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed plus a dedicated office workspace. The upstairs also includes a full laundry room and a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A second living room upstairs offers even more space to spread out, complete with a smart TV, a queen pullout sofa, a rock climbing wall, indoor swing, and games for all ages.

The fenced backyard features a gas fire pit with seating for eight, a hot tub, a gas grill, and yard games like cornhole and ladder golf. In the garage, enjoy a fully equipped home gym with dumbbells, a bench, bands, kettlebells, yoga mats, and a ping pong table.

A quick drive or uber will get you anywhere you want to go.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am.
