The Roost is a family and pet friendly home on a corner lot in a new construction neighborhood in Meridian. The neighborhood is located about a mile from the freeway making it easy to get to anywhere in the Treasure Valley including the airport, malls, Downtown, or fun attractions like Roaring Springs Water Park or Wahooz Family Fun Zone. The home is decorated with vintage farmhouse and rooster themed décor throughout giving it a warm and cozy ambiance. The open concept floor plan is great for gathering on a quaint patio just outside the kitchen area. The small fenced backyard has astroturf. The spacious Primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with dual vanity. The home has two other bedrooms plus a pull out couch to maximize sleeping space making the home perfect for a variety of group sizes. The full two car garage located at the back of the house is available for guest use.

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine.
