    Our house comfortably sleeps 10 with 1 king bed in the downstairs master, 1 room upstairs with queen bed, one room with a double bunk and trundle, and a sofa in the living room. The home occupancy permits 10 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.

    Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

    You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

    We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

    *Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

Ping pong and location

This was a really clean property in a great location. Our kids loved the ping pong table and the bunk room. It has a central, easy access location and was great for our weekend stay.

This home was great for our large family. Our kids loved the ping pong table. The location at the end of a cul de sac was quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms were large and clean.
