Whether you're here for work, play, or a little of both, this downtown gem offers an authentic Boise experience with easy access to everything you need.

Please Note:

Fireplace is non functional. This unit does not have a washer/dryer. Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. This is a pet friendly apartment for up to 1 dog. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged.

Apartment living in the North End

This 3rd floor apartment was very nice. Walkable to downtown Boise, across street from the fabulous Boise Co-Op and walkable to 13th St- the Hyde Park main street with shops and restaurants.
