We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules.
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house

🐾 Pet Policy

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below:

Pet Fee
• A $100 pet fee per stay applies.
• This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking.
• Pets must be disclosed during booking.

House Rules for Pets
• Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property.
• Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled.
• We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings.

Cleaning Policy
• If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.

Cute place in great location

This place is really cute and walking distance to downtown. Being dog friendly was an added bonus. Some batteries needed to be replaced but that was no biggie. Julie was very responsive in making sure we had what we needed.

I traveled from California to Idaho to get my daughter‘s wedding dress and just wanted a nice clean place to stay. This place was spotless, everything smelled good and it was in the cutest neighborhood.

We had a fun getaway at this cute cottage! It is a great location near the Hyde Park neighborhood with its cute shops and restaurants. This quiet residential area was a nice change from the busy downtown area and worked well for our quilting retreat.There was plenty of parking nearby which made it easy to load and unload our vehicle.

Great place to stay

This neighborhood is perfection! We took walks in the evenings and to the sweetest little town only 10-15 minutes away. The house was exactly as we expected and the communication was great. Rent the property and you will be very happy.

I’ve stayed at several BnB properties and most were wonderful but my most recent BnB stay was not. It was not very clean (I had to clean the refrigerator shelves and hair on the floors) and there was only a single wire hanger in the closet. I was surprised because I’ve been renting their VRBOs for a couple months and they have been very nice.
