Tucked away in a quiet, residential neighborhood east of downtown, this clean and tranquil two-story 2BR/2BA townhouse is perfectly situated within ~1 mile of downtown with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy your morning coffee on our private balcony/patio garden. We are also located within walking distance to BSU, the greenbelt, St. Luke’s hospital, supermarkets, and many others. Additional detail: Enter the first floor to a welcoming foyer with shoe/coat rack, laundry room, designer guest bathroom, and queen Bedroom #1 featuring french doors to a private, fenced-in brick garden patio. A perfect space if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.
Take the stairs up to the main floor where you’ll find a sunny, open layout floor plan that has a living room with a floor-to-ceiling window, a well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a dining table for 4-6 people, a smart TV/some free TV networks, a writing desk, and skylights galore. Hardwood floors throughout giving the space a warm and inviting feel.
The hallway leads to a linen closet, a master bedroom that features its own very private balcony with a sitting area for two, plus a gorgeous second bathroom with marble floors and a relaxing soaking tub. Rubber duckie optional! :-)
With six skylights it makes the place feel very bright and airy! Recently updated with new furnishings, bedding, bath, and kitchen amenities.
Parking is not an issue, as you can park one car in the garage, or find space in either the main lot or street parking if needed.

No parties, events, or outside guests are allowed in our home during your stay. The guest is responsible for using our home safely and respectfully. The neighbors and your hosts have ZERO TOLERANCE for parties or loud noise of any kind. Those guests violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately.
For those staying more than 21 days, starting February 22, 2023, we will be adding an additional $125 cleaning fee, bringing the total cleaning fees to $250. This additional request will be sent once the booking has been complete.

Perfect location for a Boise stay! Walk to downtown, stadium and hiking trails. Quiet spot with great options for dog walking. Walk to Roosevelt Market that has some of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Will stay here again when in Boise!
We were in town for a long weekend for a college visit and this place was clean, well stocked, and very quaint inside. Will definitely stay again when we go back!
This was our second stay here and it was just as good as the first. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, quiet location, all the linens, towels, and blankets we needed, and a roomy airy light space. The location is fantastic! We walked downtown and to the Boise Co-Op, as well as along the Greenbelt. I highly recommend this property.
We came to Boise for a hockey tournament and the location was perfect! Very close to downtown with still feeling very residential. Close to the Greenbelt and Winco, Trader Joes and Whole Foods. Property was exactly as described and well appointed. We had a great stay!
Town home was beautiful. Pictures were exactly what you see. Loved having a garage. Location was a perfect. Quiet and felt very safe. Was able to walk to locations and bonus was able to walk the local yard sales. Was a perfect stay!
Spacious townhouse a few blocks from the Greenbelt
We enjoyed staying at this clean, bright, 2-story home. The second story has tall ceilings and skylights that make it feel spacious and cheery. The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, glasses, cups and essential cookware. The beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms have 1 shower downstairs and a big bathtub without a shower upstairs. Both were clean and stocked with liquid soaps and shampoo, and there were plenty towels.
We enjoyed walks along the Greenbelt by going to nearby Kristin Armstrong Park and getting on the path there. It’s also very close to MK Nature Park - fun for kids and adults.
Communication with the hosts was easy. They responded quickly to questions via the VRBO app. I highly recommend this rental and hope to stay there again.
Very comfortable stay. The neighborhood was so quiet despite its convenient proximity to the hospitals and downtown. Friendly neighbors, accommodating host. We booked our second stay before the first stay was finished.
Very cute townhouse! Clean and quiet. Great location- we were able to walk to the stadium for our concert. Excellent communication from host. I wish we could have stayed longer. Host also gave activity and restaurant recommendations which were very helpful.
Great spot, nicely appointed- 2 quick notes… no scrubbie or washcloth for dishes, try to replace the garage clicker had to run in the rain in and out to open and close multiple days. I’ll be back Laurel
This bright, beautiful two level property is nestled on a quiet side street, with easy access to everything! The green belt bike path is just a few blocks away. Clean and spacious with lofted skylight ceilings makes this elegant property really stand out. Loved the unique French fixtures and European flair throughout. Highly recommend for a small family, two couples, or romantic getaway. Did I mention the TWO outdoor terraces? Divine. And the property owner was beyond accommodating and helpful. Loved every minute here.
First time in Boise… loved this location and the hospitality. Very comfortable for my friend and I. Close to many nice attractions, stores and restaurants. Look forward to coming back here.
We came up for a training. This cute place was located close and easy to access! The communication was great. Loved this place and hope to utilize it again!
We had a great stay at this very lovely and upgraded condo in central Boise. The kitchen is very modern and the bedrooms were comfortable. The only quirk is that the very elaborate master bath has a tub but no shower, but we made do with the downstairs bath. The host was very responsive and helpful.
We spent three weeks here and it was a perfect place to work remotely and enjoy Boise. Being a short walk from the greenbelt was ideal and the place is quiet with a really nice patio and balcony. I sat on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the green view.
