We got married in Paris and had made some requests to the staff prior to our arrival including a steamer and bath robes along other things. Everything was in our room as requested and the room was perfectly clean.
The staff was beyong helpful and always tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
We will definetely stay here in our next visit to Paris.
