"Mostly a very good experience. The pools need a spruce up - weeds growing between the paving stones around the outdoor pool, for example. The refrigerator in the room (was a mini bar in a past life but had nothing in it when we arrived) failed to chill drinks & receptionist said "it is not really a fridge, it is a minibar so its purpose is not to cool". Food is very good, only issue was around my nut allergy. People would move the little labels around so it was hard to see which label referred to which dessert. Otherwise a good experience. Tip: hotel guests can enter the neighbouroung arboretum free of charge. No need to walk outside the hotel grounds and pay for entry."

"Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Heviz verbringen dürfen. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Und sollte jemanden doch etwas fehlen, dann ist die Vermieterin vor Ort und immer ansprechbar.Frau Gelencser wohnt direkt mit im Haus und sie spricht sehr gut deutsch.Die Wohnungen sind hell und sehr sauber, auch von den wirklich benötigten Küchenutensilien fehlt nichts.Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen."
