The detached holiday home is located directly on the nature reserve Conventer See.
Enjoy the unspoiled nature.

The Baltic Sea is within walking distance in less than 10 minutes. The beautiful beach of Börgerende invites you to swim and linger.

Restaurants, cafes, mini golf, a small shop and playgrounds complete the picture.

On the ground floor of the house is a fully equipped spacious kitchen with dining area for 4 people. From here a nice staircase leads to the upper floor. There is the bedroom for two people and more sleep on the gallery.

Immediately left behind the entrance is the bathroom with shower facilities, toilet and sink arranged. Satellite TV, radio and CD player are included. Overall, you are about 70 square meters; Living space available.

Ein gemütliches kleines Haus. Völlig ausreichend für eine kleine Familie. Es war sauber und hat alles was man für einen kleinen Urlaub braucht. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit und in näherer Umgebung gibt es frische Brötchen, Fahrradverleih und Gastronomie. Die verfügbaren Fahrräder sind schon etwas älter. Wir hatten eigene Räder mit.Unser Hund hat sich in dem großen eingezäunten Grundstück richtig wohl gefühlt.Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Staubhaus und Wespen im Dachboden

Die Lage ist perfekt und bietet viel Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Zum Objekt, naja das haben wir wahrscheinlich sauberer hinterlassen wie als wir angereist sind. Ich will nicht alles schlecht reden, aber es müsste doch an einigen Ecken was gemacht werden und vorallem sauber gemacht werden, es ist echt in jeder Ecke und auf alles und jeden Staub. Vorn in der Küche am Esstisch ist so ein 3D Bild das ist 3 5mm hoch mit Staub und Spinnennetz. Leider kann man dem oberen Balkon am Schlafzimmer nicht nutzen da dort Wespen ein und aus fliegen. Die hört man auch bei Nacht und Tag, das Nest muss direkt unter der Decke sein. Sehr mulmiges Gefühl beim Schlafen. Ich erwarte kein 5 Sterne Hotel jedoch gibt es einige Sachen die mal gemacht werden müssen und halt mal von oben bis unten sauber machen,das ist das mindeste.

netter Aufenthalt mit Hund

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche und haben uns im Domizil wohlgefühlt. Das Inventar ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man auf den Bildern nicht sieht, aber es war sauber und mit Hund etwas preislich vergleichbares zufinden, ist sehr schwer, wenn nicht unmöglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Seitengasse und in Laufnähe zum Meer (15 Min). Gern wieder.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles gut

Gemütliches kleines Häuschen , welches aber an der ein oder anderen stelle etwas Renovierung gebrauchen könnte. Die Hecke im Eingangsbereich könnte der Umgebung mal angepasst werden (einfach mal schön schneiden) . Das Eingangstor mit einem frischen Anstrich versehen und leichtgängiger gemacht werden. Im oberen Bereich der zum schlafen dient wären bei hohen Temperaturen auch Fliegengitter gut damit man bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Im Wintergarten die Vorhänge könnten mal wieder gereinigt werden. Und hier und da wurde vergessen auf Sauberkeit zu achten. Aber ansonsten sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Der Hund kann bedenkenlos auf dem Grundstück laufen. Alles sicher. Liegen zum Sonnen sind vorhanden. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Jedoch lief die Kaffeemaschine leider immer aus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sympathisch. Fazit: Im Großen und Ganzen alles gut, der Aufenthalt im Haus war ok. Die Gegend ist prima …

Bilder solten auf den neusten stand gebracht werden

Soweit war alles io, die Bilder und die Realität gingen etwas auseinander,solte etwas in die Renovierung gesteckt werden,Fahrräder solten mahl gemacht werden (Defekte Reifen porös ) aber sonst war es ein schöner Urlaub, der Dicke ( Hund ) hat sich wohl gefühlt . Bei schlechten Wetter (Regen) hat der Fernseher kein Bild mehr,vieleicht ein DVD Player währe nicht sclecht. Soweit war alles vorhanden und sauber.

Wunderschönes Häuschen in ruhiger Umgebung

Eine Woche Erholung pur in einem schönen, gepflegten Haus am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes, mit viel Natur und ruhiger Umgebung. Ein großer Garten zum Toben für unsere Hunde inklusive. Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und einen herzlichen Dank an die netten Vermieter

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und der Garten perfekt mit Hund. Ansich ist es ein wirklich schönes, kleines Haus - jedoch müsste bei der Endreinigung / Grundstückspflege etwas gründlicher gearbeitet werden. Einzelne Dinge müssten erneuert/ausgebessert werden, wie z. B. die Hollywoodschaukel (nicht nutzbar), Wäscheständer, Gardinen, Fußbodenleisten, Vordach. Wir haben unseren Urlaub trotzdem genossen und uns recht wohl gefühlt - das Haus hat jedenfalls Potential, um es noch schöner zu machen. In 10 Minuten haben wir es leider nie zum Strand geschafft, das muss also sehr schnellen Schrittes passieren. ;) mit Hund und Kind haben wir gut 15-20 Minuten zum Hundestrand gebraucht - der Weg dorthin ist aber sehr schön und schattig. Leider ist der Strand sehr steinig, sodass wir zu anderen Stränden gefahren sind. Aufgrund eines wirklich kleinen Wasserschadens im Wintergarten durch das Unwetter durften wir gratis eine Nacht verlängern - vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

Schöner Ostseeurlaub

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in ruhiger Lage mit einem großen Garten. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Hundestrand ist in 10min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Nette Gastgeber. Es hat soweit alles gepasst.
