Baltic vacation in Villa Luisa

You will find seclusion, rest, relaxation, relaxation and a little bit of luxury in our Villa Luisa! The small community Börgerende has about 1000 inhabitants and is 20 km away from Rostock on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Heiligendamm is in the immediate vicinity and it is only 17 kilometers to Warnemünde. The small village has grown into a fresh vacation spot. You will find the original nature in the form of a natural beach but also modern facilities such as bike rental, various restaurants and shops. You can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. The nature reserve Conventer Niederung or the horse farm just around the corner offers something for everyone. You will find 2 golf courses within a radius of approximately 9 kilometers. Discover your own feel-good holiday in Börgerende and come to our Villa Luisa after a nice, relaxing day. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and has 2 large and 2 smaller bedrooms, a guest toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub. A modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In the living area you can relax on a large sofa corner and spend nice hours at the dining table. The large terrace invites you to enjoy all meals outside on beautiful days and breathe in the healthy air of the Baltic Sea. A grill and a seating area and sun loungers are available. The children can let off steam on the 700 square meter property. A handcart, sand toys and a beach shell are available. Free WiFi, a clothes dryer, a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee) are available. Furthermore, towels and bed linen are available at an additional cost (€ 18 per package). A flat screen TV is also available in one bedroom. Even in the cold season you can feel comfortable in our Villa Luisa, because our underfloor heating ensures cuddly warm feet. You can easily park your vehicle in our double garage. All in all, up to 8 people can spend beautiful and relaxing days and nights with us. A baby bed as well as a high chair and stair gate ensure even the youngest ones feel good days. Pets on request for a surcharge, a dog beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Fine house with plenty of room, good parking space, close to the beach (5 mins) and a sufficient kitchen. Not a 10 due to the outdated furniture and electronics (tv, music). Notable: the washer and dryer only operate on euro coins.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und alle nötigen Dinge vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Für unsere Familie war es ein gelungener Urlaub in der Villa Luisa.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes und gut gelegenes Ferienhaus das hält, was es verspricht. Vielleicht etwas schräg: Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ein Münzautomat vorgeschaltet. 4 Soll man für eine Wäsche löhnen, und das hat dann auch nicht funktioniert sodass wir fürs Schleudern nachzahlen mussten. Trocknen kostet dann auch extra. Hab ich so noch nicht gesehen und irgendwie wirkts abschreckend. Wenn ich einen halben Punkt dafür abziehen könnte würde ichs tun. Aber das schmälert den wirklich positiven Gesamteindruck nur leicht.

Stress bei der Ankunft, aber ansich tolle Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus ist 10 Min zu Fuß vom Strand. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußdistanz. In vorherigen Rezensionen konnten wir lesen, dass die Heke nicht geschlossen ist, dies ist nicht der Fall. Das Grundstück ist gut „umzäunt“.Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das Putzteam noch nicht da war. Wir mussten den Hausmeister kontaktieren (problemlos) dann jedoch 1h warten, ehe wir in unseren Urlaub starten konnten.Beim Buchungsprozess über war das Zahlen in 2 Raten unpraktisch. Eine wurde direkt abgebucht, die zweite musste aber überwiesen werden.Das Ferienhaus war sauber. An wenigen Stellen (unter der Treppe / hinter der Couch) war es staubig.Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Uns fehlte jedoch eine Antirutschmatte für die Badewanne. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet.Die angegebenen Fotos sind wohl etwas älter. Zwischenzeitlich gibt es wesentlich schönere Badezimmer.Es gab nur einen Kinderhochstuhl, keine Babyphone, Bettschutzgitter, Steckdosensicherungen oder Wickelkommode. Außerdem fehlten mir die Fliegengitter, dafür gab es aber Ventilatoren.Einige Betten waren Federbetten, was mich als Allergikerin wenig überzeugte.Der Garten war schön, allerdings gab es auf dem Weg vom Auto zur Haustür Rosen mit Dornen, die beim Auspacken störten.Positiv war, dass es im Haus ein Regal voller Bücher & Spiele gab. Wir hatten jedoch in anderen Rezensionen gelesen, dass es Strandspielzeug geben sollte – leider war dies nicht der Fall.Preis-Leistung: gut

Familienkurzlaub

Der Aufenthalt an sich war ohne Beanstandungen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, bot eine Menge Platz und es fehlte an nichts. Was mir jedoch negativ aufgestoßen ist, hat mit dem Check-in Prozess und der Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin zu tun. In meiner Anfrage schrieb ich, das war mit zwei Hunden anreisen. Kurz vor Urlaubsbeginn wieß mich die Vermieterin darauf hin, das Hunde 20 extra kosten pro Nacht. Dies sollte vor Beginn der Reise geklärt werden. Ein Termin wurde abgemacht, der von der Vermieterin jedoch vergessen wurde. Bei einem späteren Telefonat wurden die restlichen Bedingungen besprochen. Nach 3 Stunde Anreise mit einem Kleinkind mussten wir feststellen, dass der Schlüssel nicht im Schlüsselkasten war. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir vertröstet, dass es anscheinend ein Fehler in der Kommuinkation mit ihrem Hausmeister gab. Bei weiteren Anrufen wurde wir unhöflich gebeten zu warten und nicht weiter anzurufen. Nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit kam der Hausmeister und wir konnten gegen 17 Uhr in das Ferienhaus. Fehler können passieren, jedoch hat mir die Art der Kommunikation absolut missfallen. Danach verlief der Urlaub ohne Probleme.

Gut ausgestattet

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet auch ein Kleinigkeiten wie ein Spargelscheler wurde gedacht und es war super sauber und angenehm. Check in und Check out waren total problemlos.. Kleiner Tipp, die angegebene Handynummer in der App ist unvollständig. Es fehlt die letzte Ziffer. 2. Tipp. Es sind zwei Bäder und ein WC. In der App steht nur ein Bad. Wir waren total zufrieden.

Toller Kurzurlaub - Haus entsprach voll und ganz unserer Erwartung

Anreise perfekt beschrieben. Der nette Nachbar/ Hausmeister kam nach unserer Ankunft gleich rüber, um uns zu begrüßen und sich bestätigen zu lassen, daß alles entsprechend unserer Absprache vorgefunden wurde - inklusive Kurzerklärung wo alles gefunden werden kann. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet - innen und außen, mit Grill, Gartenstühle -liegen und Kinderspielzeug für den Strand. Auf dem Rasen hinter dem Haus ist man schon sehr privat - schön. Konnten leider nicht alles nutzen, da das Wetter nur teilweise mitgespielt hat und die Zeit leider sehr knapp war. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, wenn 4 Tage auch zu kurz waren. Wir wären gern länger geblieben, aber Job und Schule rufen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Jedoch war die Unterkunft für uns nicht optimal, weil wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Wir dachten wir könnten ihn im großen Garten frei laufen lassen, durch die niedrigen und undichten Büsche war das jedoch leider nicht möglich. Direkt an viel befahrener Straße.

Tolles Haus für große Familien oder Gruppen

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Luisa war wirklich schön. Das Haus bietet mit seinen vier separaten Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und Gäste-WC viel Raum für größere Gruppen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und auch der Wohn-Ess-Bereich bietet ausreichend platz. Der große Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit sowie die Nähe zum Meer sind absolut top. Kommunikation, Buchung und Beantwortung von Rückfragen waren einfach, unkompliziert und immer freundlich. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit mit 3 Erwachsenen, 6 Kindern zwischen 0 und 15 und 2 großen Hunden. Haben das Haus wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Check In hat super geklappt. Ein bisschen blöd war, dass die Betten nicht wie abgesprochen, bezogen waren und wir bis 20.30 Uhr auf Bettbezug und Handtücher gewartet haben. Das war nicht so günstig, aber auch nicht dramatisch. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit Kindern super schnell erreichbar. Spielplätze in direkter Nähe auch. Auch das Haus bietet Spielmöglichkeiten. Unsere Hunde hatten einen perfekten Platz im Flur (teilw unterm Treppenaufgang) Sie sind im Haus gewöhnt immer auf ihrem Platz zu liegen. Der Garten ist nicht mit Zaun eingeschlossen, was allerdings für uns nicht schlimm war, weil die Hunde mit uns den ganzen Tag Bewegung am Meer und der in Umgebung hatten. Punkt Abzug gab es für die Waschmaschine/ Trockner. Auf diese waren wir angewiesen und konnten sie nicht nutzen. Der Monteur kam nicht, wie vereinbart. Unnötige Wartezeit für uns. Das ist bisschen Blöd gelaufen. Ansonsten gibt es nur Gutes zu berichten :) Danke für die schöne Zeit und die Kurzerholung!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Küche ist perfekt. Die 2 Bäder plus weiteres WC haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub mit drei kindern ermöglicht. der kleine Fußweg zum Strand macht keine Probleme, da man ja auch den bollerewagen nutzen kann.

Viele Möglichkeiten

Die Kommunikation und Buchung hat sehr gut und flüssig funktioniert, Einchecken und Auschecken auch. Die Nachbarn, die als Hausmeister fungieren, sind total nett. Auch unsere Hündin konnte mitkommen, gerade mit Hunden, die größer sind als eine Handtasche, hat man ja häufig Probleme, etwas zu finden. Zum Hundestrand ist es nicht weit, dieser ist zudem wirklich schön, der Zugang zum Wasser ist wenig steinig. Wir hatten SUPs dabei, hat einwandfrei funktioniert (auch für Anfänger). Die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten um Börgerende sind super. Bad Doberan mit Molli und Münster, Warnemünde, Rostock, der Gespensterwald Nienhagen, Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn. Da ist für jede Altersklasse was dabei, gerade wichtig, wenn man Kinder in verschiedenen Altersgruppen dabei hat. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und supersauber. Hierfür ein dickes Plus! Schwierig für unseren Hund (aber das hätten wir mit ein wenig mehr Ortsrecherche selber vorher merken können) war die Lage an der Straße, wo nicht nur Autos fahren (die sind wenig stressig für das Tier), sondern auch Urlauber auf dem Weg zum Strand in großer Zahl unterwegs sind. Für einen Hund mit Territorialverhalten anstrengend, für uns draußen durch das Gebell unangenehm. Aber die Dame hat sich mit dem Aufenthalt im Inneren des Hauses im Körbchen anfreunden können und hatte durch Strand und Ausflüge genug Bewegung. Ein Zusatzplus an dem Haus ist der hintere Teil des Gartens, der groß und nicht einsehbar ist von den Seiten. Bei vielen anderen Häusern in der Gegend sitzen die Leute auf dem Präsentierteller, hier hat man wirklich seine Ruhe zum Lesen, Sonnen, Sport machen und Quatschen. Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt mit viel Abwechslung und Komfort. Vielen Dank!

Schön eingerichtetes, geräumiges Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Garten und großer Garage. Ideale Lage.

Ideal für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub mit den Kindern und Enkelkindern. Ausreichend Platz zum Spielen, Spielplatz in wenigen Minuten, Strand in 10 Minuten mit dem zum Haus gehörenden Bollerwagen erreichbar. Topp!

Super (Kurz-)Urlaub

Ds Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, sogar in der Küche (was nicht immer der Fall ist) und war bei Ankunft sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief absolut unkompliziert. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekt.

Wir waren mit der gesamen Familie, insgesamt drei Generationen zwischen 28 und 79 Jahren da, und es hat allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top, es ist sehr nah zum Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles sauber und gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.
