The deluxe room with the balcony is very nice and we were upgraded by the owner for our 2-night stay. The included breakfast is the best we had in all of Turkey. "What a fabulous hotel! Located in the perfect spot, close to the restaurants and in walking distance to all the shops. Beautiful views of the bay and castle. Rooms are clean, spacious and have all you need. Highly recommend!! Front reception extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also lovely and so beautifully presented. "We stayed at this hotel for a short visit, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations.
The hotel feels quite tired and is definitely in need of renovation — especially the bathroom fixtures, which were old and not functioning properly. Because of this, we had to change rooms during our stay, which was inconvenient.
The location is both a plus and a minus. It’s very close to the main bus station, which makes it easy to get around. However, the area itself is quite crowded and not very clean, which took away from the overall experience.
With some updates and better maintenance, this hotel could be much better. As it stands, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
