"We had a really good week at the Plaza Bodrum. The villa was excellent, spacious, clean and very well kept, and the sea was beautiful. Waking up to that view every morning made the trip. The best thing about this hotel is that you get your own dedicated person assigned to you. Ours was Dilara, and she was perfect. She sorted our transport, answered every question and handled anything we needed straight away. Whatever came up, it was resolved quickly because of her. If you stay here, that personal service is genuinely what sets the place apart, and Dilara deserves real credit for it. Two things I would flag. The Italian restaurant was a disaster. It is supposed to be the premium option for special guests, but they could not cook an egg properly even after five attempts. For a restaurant positioned that way, it was well below the standard of everything else on site. There were also far too many bees around the outdoor dining area, and you simply cannot finish a meal in peace. One last note for anyone planning a trip: Bodrum was noticeably colder than other places we have been at this time of year, so pack accordingly. Would still recommend the hotel, mainly for the villas, the setting and the personal host service. Just eat elsewhere."

"Staff is very kind, breakfast lunch dinner were perfect foods were great. It is diffucult to find a space on the beach but pool is not crowded. I suggest them to revise their towel system on the beach because lots of sunbeds are occupied by towels."

"We had an excellent stay at Rixos Premium Bodrum and would happily return. The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and never felt overcrowded. When the sea is calm, it’s absolutely stunning—crystal clear, calm, and perfect for swimming. We were also fortunate to receive a complimentary suite upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a wonderful convenience for our family. The staff throughout the resort were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. We especially recommend People’s Restaurant. The food and service were exceptional, and we actually enjoyed it more than the à la carte restaurants. It’s definitely worth trying. We also appreciated having the Yargıcı boutique and the wellness/medical center on the property, which added to the overall convenience of our stay. There was one small issue regarding a reserved table, but the team handled it professionally. They apologized sincerely and resolved the situation quickly, which we really appreciated. If there is one area that could be improved, it would be the bathroom amenities. Upgrading the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to higher-quality products would better reflect the luxury experience of the resort. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation. Thank you to the entire Rixos Premium Bodrum team for their hospitality—we look forward to visiting again."
