  • The quietly located 40 m² holiday apartment for 2 guests is situated on the lower ground floor and features its own 25 m² terrace, protected like a courtyard. Sun loungers and comfortable chairs are provided. The Mediterranean-style apartment is tiled with fine Italian stoneware and has modern underfloor heating powered by solar thermal, photovoltaics, pellet heating, heat pumps, an independent ventilation system, and 100% green electricity.



    The bright, cozy living/dining room (19 m²) is equipped with a satellite flat-screen TV, internet DAB radio, and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. The room offers a comfortable sofa bed, a leather armchair, and a fold-out dining table. The kitchenette includes a 4-star fridge, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave grill, two coffee machines (pad and filter), kettle, and toaster.



    The bedroom (12 m²) features a double bed, large wardrobe, dressing bench, and window for restful sleep.



    The tastefully tiled bathroom offers a glass shower, wall-mounted toilet, large panoramic mirror, hairdryer, and storage space.



    If you are traveling with pets, please contact us in advance. You have your own parking space, a lockable bike room, and private access to the apartment with an independent ventilation system, ideal for allergy sufferers. Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt.

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung waren einige Flyer für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten ausgelegt. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Pros: Die Terasse ist das absolute Highlight. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Cons: Nichts.
