"The property was built to be a resort style convention centre hotel with expensive refurbishing like granite walls in the bathrooms, large curved ramps between floors etc. It is still nice but certain parts are not really used anymore including the waterpark"

"The worst hotel I've ever been. Dirty, lack of towels, rude staff, bad location. I asked for a bottle of water, they told me to go down and pay because they don't put in the apartment account.
