"The room very clean but only one coffee in the room for two people. The gym did not have a lot of equipment and was small. We did not have breakfast so we can’t comment. The decor in the hotel was amazing and so was the rooftop pool and terrace. The river views from the hotel and our room were stunning. A good 30 min walk into old Seville, which was fine for us, but only around 8 euros in a taxi if you’ve had enough of walking. Hotel in the neighbourhood of Triana which more local and cheaper to eat and drink. We did have a problem on the last couple of days with maintenance men in the hotel waking us up with banging at 8 am in the morning. However the hotel staff were amazing and offered to switch rooms and gave us a late checkout to compensate. I would definitely return to this hotel. "
"We stayed at this hotel for 7 days with my husband and our 5-year-old daughter, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing.
The staff were generally unfriendly, rarely smiled, and seemed unwilling to help. Communication in basic English was difficult. At reception, staff appeared cold and unwelcoming.
One incident shocked me: I asked for milk for my coffee and was sent to the bar to pay for it, even though small portions are provided in the room. At the bar, two older male staff members laughed and talked about me while serving me, which felt very disrespectful. Another female staff member was also rude, made me wait unnecessarily, and refused to give me a knife and fork to cut fruit for my child.
Pool service was inconsistent: one staff member was helpful, while another insisted on only one towel per person, even saying this to my child. The pool was also very cold.
Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety. I was not even allowed to take a banana when leaving.
Our room faced a construction site, with noise from 8am daily, and it was dusty.
At check-out, no one asked about our stay or even said goodbye.
Overall, very poor service and not a welcoming atmosphere. I would not recommend this hotel.

"My stay at Hotel Lobby Sevilla was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Every interaction was accompanied by a warm, charming smile, which made the whole experience feel very personal.
The room was beautifully designed and absolutely spotless — you could tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. It felt both luxurious and comfortable.
Breakfast was another highlight: an extensive selection with plenty of delicious options to choose from, all fresh and very well presented.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seville and would gladly stay here again."
"The rooms are beautiful, the bed so comfortable.. honesty I normally struggle with sleeping in a different bed - but here there was no issue at all.
The staff couldn’t be more helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out they couldn’t do enough for you.
Great location too.. only 10 minutes to the cathedral/tourist area."
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the location was perfect for seeing pretty much all the main sights in Seville given that it was our visit. Me and my friend enjoy walking and many of the sights were within about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had all the amenities you would expect from a high class establishment.
The coffee station where fresh pastries and snacks were offerred to all gueats each day, was a lovely touch. This type of offering is normally reserved for certain guests. The breakfast was also lovely and we felt it was a reasonable cost for the variety and quality.
The only disappointment was that we expected the swimming pool to be open and wasn't due to be until a few weeks later. The hotel was apologetic and suggested that they will contact Expedia to improve communication during booking in future.
We would both definitely recommend this hotel as a perfect place for a long weekend in Seville."
"We loved the Adriano the location so close to all the major sites was perfect. The rooms were lovely and spotless! We would have given it 5 stars but on the last night noise from the night club next door was clearly audible in our room. The staff did call the night club twice to get them to reduce the noise. The live music which was playing stopped but the base beat could be heard right up until we left for our flight at 4 am. We had specifically asked about noise from the club when we arrived and were assured that it would not be a problem. "
"The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of fresh and tasty food. It was very good to have a coffee machine in the room, with new coffee pods each day, and we also enjoyed sitting by the pool. Very enjoyable. "
