"This is a regular stop over hotel. Easy to find. Dedicated off street parking (if you arrive early - if not it is public area adjacent). Efficient welcome (multi lingual). Room is more than adequate for this price point - large comfortable bed, good bathroom. No other room facilities. Breakfast is buffet, and reasonably priced."

"The room was large and very clean. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was excellent and a fantastic variety. Staff on arrival and in the breakfast area along with cleaners were all hard working & friendly. Air conditioning was very much needed and working well. We didn’t use the parking even though it was available."

"This hotel is a gem. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the action. Easy access to Plaza Mayor, shops, lots of little bars. Room was well furnished and also very quiet, even though we were close to a bar at street level and our room was on the first floor. Bathroom was excellent. Room was well cleaned once (as we requested). Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the hotel's restaurant/bar but it looked very good. Would stay again for sure!"

"Awesome Hotel! I have stayed there several times over the past three years, sometimes I just go in there to get help with something. The staff is the best. You can now control your own air conditioning in the rooms, which is great. Wonderful location to downtown Palencia- 10 minute walk to Calle Mayor and all the good stuff. Highly recommend. Great rooms!"
