Cozy, spacious cottage in the quiet countryside. Large plot, road goes past the property. Beautiful cultural landscape for cycling and hiking. Wiesenfelser. Rich in wildlife. Mattarp beech forest borders the Grudstück. It is one of the northernmost beech forests in Europe. Take long walks here. In Bodafors you can rent a boat at lake Storsjön. In the historic wooden town of Eksjö you can see the nature reserve Skuragate, a 800 m long gorge and the 334 m high elevation Skurhatt. Also worth seeing is the farm Aschanska with an inventory from the 19th century. The amusement park Astrid Lindgrens Välrd in Vimmerby is 95 km away.

Das Haus sieht in natura besser aus, als auf den (ohnehin veralteten) Bildern.

Das Haus sieht in natura besser aus, als auf den (ohnehin veralteten) Bildern.Die Lage ist trotz der Nachbarhäuser (nur zum Teil bewohnt) sehr ruhig.Man hat ein großes Grundstück mit Gartenmöbeln, Sitzgelegenheiten gibt es auch auf einer kleinen Veranda.Das typisch schwedisch Haus ist zum Teil sehr modern, zum Teil traditionell schwedisch eingerichtet.Bad ist modern und geräumig, die Dusche groß, wer möchte, kann eine Wanne mit Whirlpool nutzen..Die Küche ist ebenfalls groß und modern, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.Die restlichen Räume sind traditionell mit gebrauchte Möbeln älteren Baujahres eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei kleine Wohnzimmer und drei Schlafräume mit jeweils 2 Betten. Im Umkreis von 60 Minuten gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken, wie z.B. Eksjö (alte Holzstadt), Skurugata, Kleva Gruva (altes Bergwerk) sowie mehrere Burg-/Schlossruinen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bodafors (ca. 12 Minuten, ICA Nära), ansonsten gibt es alles Nässjö (25 Min, Willys, ICA, LIDL uvm.)Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen.
