Lovely hotel but we were charged to park.

The hotel was great but the parking was supposed to be free. We paid 7.50 euros for one night. Apparently free parking is to the side of the hotel but we were not told this on arrival and parked in the area marked as the hotel car park. On checking out we were advised we had to pay. Stayed here one night because of the lack of affordable accommodation in Leipzig. Hotel is across the road from the train station, making it convenient to get to Leipzig, which was our main priority.
