Rentet for fair in Essen.

Everything was fine, clean and in order. Frau Scholz was a good host! Wouldn't mind renting again, and definitely would recommend others to rent as well. Placed close to motorway and shopping.

Wir waren mit acht Personen in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wurden freundlich vom Hausmeister empfangen, der uns auch gleich die gesamte Wohnung zeigte. Im Wohn und Schlafbereich gibt es Fernseher. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. In dem Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen.Insgesamt waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden beim nächsten Mal gerne wiederkommen. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir da sein durften.

Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, es war alles super sauber.Keine Probleme, es war eben eine FW mit einer Ausstattung aus den 70er Jahren. Die Schlafzimmer waren modernisiert, top! Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küchenmöbel alt. Es hat aber alles funktioniert und es hat an nichts gefehlt.Wunderbar, dass wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten.Tolle Küchentischstühle und durch das antike Wohnzimmer haben wir uns in ein anderes Jahrhundert versetzt gefühlt.

Wir waren mit unserer Firma zur Fenstermontage in Bochum. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großräumig und sauber. In dieser Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts.Jeder hatte seinen eigenen Schlafraum mit Fernseher. Das Gäste-WC verfügt über ein großes Waschbecken mit Spiegel und somit eine zweite Waschgelegenheit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Eine Bäckerei findet man gleich in der Nähe,gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung immer wieder buchen.

Just outside Bochum, easily reachable by tram. Comfortable accommodations. Wifi may be added in the future. Perfect for a short stay with access to nearby cities. Host is communicative despite language barrier. 😄 Gemütliche Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Bochum, gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar. WLAN wird möglicherweise zukünftig angeboten. Der Aufenthalt war gut! Persönlich mag ich keine fliegenden Duschvorhänge. Aber da muss man erfinderisch sein. Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Als erfahrene Hausfrau hatte ich zu meinen Lebensmitteln, vorsorglich Pfeffer, Salz und Zucker eingepackt. Sonst wäre das Essen etwas fade gewesen. Ich habe die meisten FeWo mit dieser Grundausstattung angetroffen. Es war alles schön sauber. Viel Platz. Bestens geschlafen, weil am Wochenende dort absolute Ruhe ist. Also: insgesamt sehr gut! Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt

Wohnung liegt in einem Wohn-/Industriegebiet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Vermieterin sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht der Anzeige. Bis auf 4 Stufen beim Eingang alles ebenerdig. Große Terrasse mit Markise, 2 Zimmer werden noch gerade neu gemacht. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
