Es un magnífico hotel echado a perder. No tiene mantenimiento, la calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba. La única persona me subió un calefactor después de cambiarme de habitación varias veces.
A la mañana siguiente el desayuno muy muy muy lento, excaso y pobre y la misma persona que prepara el desayuno es la que hace el check out, os podéis imaginar verdad?

Hotel ya no es 5 estrellas, las habitación es bonita pero esta muy degradada.
El desayuno es pobre para su precio y para un hotel de 5 estrellas.
Además no hubo una explicación de los servicios y áreas del hotel.
Las áreas exteriores estan bien un poco descuidadas pero mas o menos bien.

Veel dingen zijn aan onderhoud toe of werken niet. Zoals een douche in de spa ruimte, handel van jacuzzi zit los! Trap van het binnenzwembad is gevaarlijk! Meerdere toiletten zijn niet voorzien van toiletpapier. Bar heeft 3 krukken en je moet vragen voor een drankje en muziek want er staat geen bediening. Ook de receptie is bijna nooit bezet. Het personeel is zeker niet opgeleid voor een 5 ster hotel.
