"I had high expectations for this Hyatt location given the area, but this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. For the price they charge, you expect basic functionality and cleanliness, neither of which were provided. The Issues: • Zero Housekeeping: We requested room service/cleaning, and it was a complete disaster. They didn't clean the room at all. We returned to the same mess we left with, which is unacceptable for a multi-night stay. • The Shower: If you enjoy washing your hair with a light drizzle, you'll love it here. The water pressure was non-existent. It felt more like a leaky faucet than a hotel shower. • The Lighting Situation: This was the most frustrating part. The room had two sets of curtains, but neither of them actually functioned to block out the light. There were no blackout curtains, meaning the Florida sun was streaming in and waking us up at dawn. It felt like sleeping in a greenhouse. Bottom line: Between the lack of service and the broken room features, I won’t be staying here again. There are much better options in Delray where you can actually get a clean room and a decent night's sleep."

"absolutely love the staff the front desk the valet golf. They’re all top notch. Without being said multiple areas were under construction very very noisy. You couldn’t sleep past 7:30 in the morning on top of that we had to be moved rooms three times we had no hot water in the first room the second room didn’t have the bag configurations we paid for. Third room they had to move us into a room that was in a construction zone we waited till after 6 PM to check in even though we were there as early as 1230 just cause I don’t know why so that definitely put a damper on the trip but staff is Top-notch. "

"Location of property was wonderful. All amenities at hotel were closed. We requested a room clean and all they did was make our beds, nothing with the floor or the bathroom. Would stay for location if you don’t care about anything else. "

"I was really impressed with the staff and the atmosphere. Our room was spotless and beautifully appointed. While I would highly recommend staying here for the comfort and hospitality, I would advise dining out to enjoy better quality food. The restaurant was overpriced for the sub-par food we received. "
