The experience was cool but on April 29 2024 (Monday morning) in between 10 am - 11 am I approached the staff desk waiting to ask a question when the front desk girl and a middle to old age guy kept talking while Ignoring me. He came out of a room on my right hand side and kept talking to her while I waited. That’s bad service but there where other front desk members who I spoke to which were nice and helpful.

The room needs some updates, but overall it was very clean and comfortable beds. We arrived around 11 PM and there was someone on the reception waiting for us. The only thing I didn't like was that we have to take out the trash ourselves at the checkout, and if we use any dishes we need to wash them. I recommend this place to others.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It was great. Amenities were convenient. The pool was a plus and the staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Loved the live band on Saturday night. Would recommend

Check in was a nightmare - weird people hanging around pool area and the hotel room has no trash bins and they want you to clean the room up - throw your own trash out -how??? And clean your dishes. Would never come back here

Old building that has been somewhat renovated. There’s no privacy in the bathroom because the “door” is so thin. The walls are pretty thin too, so if you happen to have noisy neighbors, you’re out of luck. The reception desk workers are not trained to be friendly at all. But the place was clean and tidy.

The room was average and pretty clean however tv was confusing basically using someone’s Roku account check in was ridiculous don’t understand why they find it necessary to take the hospitality out of the hospitality business after you book they send you a text link wanting you to do a self registration where they want your id your card picture the name of the guest who will be with you and their id the car you will be driving and the plate number I thought it was stupid but I filled it out 2 months in advance anyway then the day you are going to check in they text you the room number and a code for a lock box next to the door that by the way doesn’t work so had to still get a key from the lady at the desk when trying to get to the room the cleaning staff was taking up the whole walk way to get to the room and made it next to impossible to get to the room after a couple hours of being there I get a text saying upon check out please take your trash out before leaving this is supposed to be a vacation not take care of my house I paid for hospitality that they basically didn’t give next time I’ll just stay at the Walmart self check lanes

Very poor water pressure in the shower. Room had a mildewy smell. Stayed there a week, room was not cleaned or visited by housekeeping once. When I arrived, there was dirt and hair on the floor.

They checked us in 2 hours after check-in time. We got to the room and the bedding was dirty and the sink was leaking. They fixed it all very fast. The pool was nice and the pool bar was small but fun. Don’t think I would return but for the price it was fair.

They started to clean the property as we were leaving. It was very dirty and overgrown when we arrived. No staff to tell where the room is. Some key coders don’t work. No ice machine in the outlying building. Shady people in the back of the outlying building.

the concept of an efficiency room hotel is good the entire property is in need rf a facelift. the outdoor corridors are in disrepair. the staff was very friendly, helpful and polite.
