"This hotel just looks & feels dirty. I kept all my stuff in the bag on the desk area in my room because everything else looked old & unclean. Windows stuck open so you could traffic, dirty carpet & box spring, etc. The sofa in my room was an old velvet couch they looked like it was someone's personal couch. Whoever took the pictures did a good job because they sure tricked me. While on the elevator another guest said as soon as he pulled up he called the place he booked with trying to get a refund lol. "

"From check in to check out, this property was on point. Nestled in the perfect spot between 2 great restaurants, this location is perfectly situated to have a great dinner in walking distance. Beds were welcoming, room space was just right, and the hot water shower put me right where I needed to be during our stay. The only drawback is “breakfast”. They have a breakfast bar available with large prices for small items. Outside of that, I would absolutely stay here again & again!"

"Location is right beside a, main very busy road. Lots of traffic and a train going by every 30 to 60 mins. The main elevator by the office was not working, on site restaurant is closed for renovations. We ordered a room with king size bed and got a queen bed. I called a week before to see about, a shuttle to pick us up at the cruise terminal, and was told to make arrangements the day before. I messaged and was told they don't pick up from the cruise port, so had to make more expensive arrangements. At check in we were told a $15, per person fee for shuttle to the airport Noticed it said free on the website. Called back and clarified airport not cruise port so now free. WiFi password should be given out at check in. There was a $2 per day surcharge for "booking through a third party" even though I used the Days in Web site. Mirror on the wall is crooked, two of the drawers would not close. There was an ice bucket but no glasses to use, other then two coffee cups. They did manage to get us a early check in even though it was not the room we ordered. Called the switch board to book the shuttle to the airport the next morning. I asked three times could they accommodate the amount of luggage we had and was told yes Arrived downstairs no record of our reservation. Told by manager, it should still be ok even though there were 15 people waiting with luggage. Shuttle arrived, I push one of my bags over, told driver 6 bags he said no room. Accused by manager of lying. DO NOT RECOMM"

"The room had no lights other than the bathroom pillows were horrible. Not the kind of place. I would like to stay in if it wasn’t an emergency I don’t recommend this hotel."

"We have stayed here a few times. We usually take the one bedroom suite which has a spectacular ocean view but this time around we had a regular king size room. Partial oceanview but it was enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view each morning. Room was clean. Only negative i had was lack of lighting in the room. Also no dresser for Clothing and very small closet not enough. Also bring an iron as there is none in the room. Great stay here always. Staff great, amenities great. Reasonable rates. All around great"
