Everything was nice and clean, we stayed in room 404 the only thing was the dryer stopped working and I was trying to get my clothes done before I left. Safe place and close to the ocean and places to eat!

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay is the elevator wasn’t working… I stay in the third floor and it was little hard to bring up and down my big baggage.

First day the elevator didn’t work and we arrived at 9pm with kids tired and nobody tell us about the elevator broke, so we were set in 4th floor 😡, the pool was clean for only 3 days , A/C stop working. Power were off and the communication was terrible with the owner. He was always apologizing and doing NOTHING AT ALL. I have pictures and videos from all days that we were there. The message conversion I have it too. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND COME BACK AGAIN, by the way the security girl was nosy. Terrible experience

El área de alberca estaba muy sucio sin mantenimiento, arriesgado el ingreso al agua, en la azotea hay un tipo jacuzzi pero tampoco se pudo utilizar ya que lo tenían lleno de pastillas de cloro, lo cual es perjudicial para la piel y ojos, además de riesgo para la salud, El departamento muy limpio, faltan muchos accesorios de cocina, muy buena vigilancia y seguridad del lugar. Pero lo increíble es que uno paga más para estar en la alberca y pues nada de alberca
