Absolutely terrible, the service was terrible! The staff did not know how to make things right when it was their mistakes that cost me a great deal of peace on my trip. I came to the resort after losing a loved one hoping to find serenity and a refreshing environment. When in all actuality, I had to fight for fair service and a clean room! 0/10 do not recommend.
