"Stayed here for just a short time so didn't need to use laundry facilities, etc. Pros: In better condition than other places we have stayed in a similar price range. Nothing was worn or old (although a few handles were loose). The towels were impressively large and fluffy, and staff gave us an extra one, which was very nice. The fridge was sparkling clean and we were given a freshly cleaned shower curtain without asking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: beds are very squishy, so if you need a firm mattress, this might be a problem. TV has limited number of channels and our room smelled like cigarettes, as most rooms in long-term places seem to do."

"The entire property was dirty. Cigarette burns in the comforter (non-smoking room) and stains on the sheets. None of the surfaces were cleaned and had drink stains on them. There were small bugs all over the windows in the room. Side door was held open by an unused tampon to allow guests to get in after hours. 10 out of 10 would never stay here again or recommend this property."

"Front desk was wonderful and professional. I had a very late check in about 2:30am they stayed in communication with me and the process was smooth and they were very polite helping in the morning thank you would definitely stay again"

"I was given the last room with a king-size bed, so my experience may have been different. Altogether, the room was clean, but the furniture was shabby and old. The office chair was broken; the back gave way when I sat down! Lastly, the shower is tiny, and the bath gel container on the wall was empty. Not a good experience! "

"The staff working when I checked in were great, friendly and very welcoming. The staff the next morning kept talking loudly to each other in the breakfast area. When I told the staff that they were out of coffee, they sent me into the kitchen to tell the personal that they were out. The front desk appeared that they could not be bothered. The breakfast food left a lot to be desired. Eggs were cold (not room temp) but cold. The muffins seem to have just be thawed and the centers were very cold and very stale. The waffle station was great and saved the day for breakfast. Location of the hotel to the Hanes Mall area was great and getting in and out of the hotel was easy. If you need handicapped parking, the location has 4 spots in the back of the building. Was surprised that there were not any in the front of the building. Rooms were clean with all in room amenities adqeuately stocked. No issues at all with the room."

"Highly recommend but get room on opposite side from highway! Not terrible but traffic noise did bother me some first two nights but when I returned and requested other side, it was great! Breakfast was super!"

"I booked the executive suite, I was not given the suite. I was given a basic king room. Huge cost difference. That room had mold, the curtains had rips in them, the tub was peeling, hall smelled like mildew, the carpet was coming up near the heating/cooling unit. Staff was kind. They weren't able to give me a refund because I used Cheaptickets but were still kind. Quiet enough for a good nights rest. Easy to access. Kind staff."

"I gave quality inn the wrong review I’m sorry the one I gave for them was for here. Will never return Laquita. Quality inn is our new go too. Laquita is horrible. Staff except for Elizabeth is horrible."
