"I traveled with my daughter and her family. I loved that there were enough bedrooms for everyone and 3 levels of space that we never felt crowded. Barry was an exceptional host. The property was centrally located to all our activities (Denver Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Rocky Mountain National Park and Silverthorne) making day trips easy. The kids liked the gameroom and theatre. My daughter and I liked the washer, dryer and dish washer. It made it easy to move from day to day effortlessly. We will reserve this property when we come to Colorado again!"

"We loved the house. It worked great for us. We would stay there again. The host reached out a couple of times to see if we needed anything. "

"Very nice apartment, plenty of room. Host communicated very well with us.The only problem was the outside steps. These were not shown in the pictures of the Nice Walk Out basement Apartment. They are slanted, steep, not well lit and there is no handrail. Young grand children had a hard time navigating them and they are very hard for seniors. Had I seen pictures of them we would have looked elsewhere."

"The location this time of year was magical because of the Christmas lights throughout the neighborhood. It was a cute, quiet place with an awesome backyard that over looks a park! Had an excellent stay without any issues."
