"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "Tänk på att innan ni bokar. så ligger hotellet mitt i ingenstans hyr man inte en moped så sitter man fast där. när receptionen är stängd kan inte”portvakten” hjälpa till med att beställa en taxi. Och det är väldigt långt till närmaste restaurang, halva vattenparken var avstängd 2 av 3 dagar vi bodde där, barnbarnen blev inte jättenöjda.. personalen var väldigt trevliga men dom kämpar i motvind."
