The Guilford Cottage

The Guilford Cottage is a thoughtfully designed “Stay & Shop” retreat in the heart of Old Town Bluffton. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features two king bedrooms and a flexible bunk-style room, blending elevated design with everyday comfort. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and scenic May River docks, or explore Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort—all just 30 minutes away. Perfect for families, couples, and stylish getaways.
We are so excited to host you. Please help us care for the cottage by following these house rules:

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

• No parties, events, or large gatherings.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

• No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

• No pets unless specifically approved prior to your stay.

• Please treat the home, furnishings, and decor with care. Many of the items throughout the cottage are part of our curated Shop & Stay experience.

• Do not move large furniture or décor items.

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the fireplace, fire pit, stairs, and outdoor areas.

• Please extinguish the fire pit after each use and never leave it unattended.

• Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or accidents immediately so we can address them quickly.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
