- Great Location off the beaten path on the scenic Okatee River. Just 20 minutes from Hilton Head, 15 minutes from Beaufort and 10 minutes from the quaint, cozy town of Bluffton. This property has a tidal creek with a dock and two kayaks and a paddle board available(for use on high tide).
