Our Cabin has 2 separate units. A separate unit upstairs and a separate unit downstairs. This listing is for the upstairs unit only. A link to the downstairs unit will be listed below. If you would like to book entire place please send me inquiry. What makes this cabin unique is the location and what it offers. Our cabin is walking distance to Bristol Motor Speedway as well as South Holston River. There is a slipway for boat access 0.9 miles away.

Nice little getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We werein town to do the Tweetsie bike ride to Johnson City and back. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great stay

Easy and comfortable, the cabin is unfortunately split up in an upper and lower level living arrangement so don’t expect privacy. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

Very nice cabin. I missed in the description that it was a duplex and we were on the second floor. Problem is I have had 3 back surgeries and my wife is in a knee brace. We had a 65qt cooler that we had our food and drinks in that we were unable to get up all the steps. It was a simple check in and check out process. I would recommend the cabin keeping in mind it is a duplex.

Such a great place to stay!

We enjoyed a couple day stay and really had a great time feeding the goats and getting to pet the sweet doggo. Great communication with property manager! Will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway!!

The cabin was so cozy and clean! They thought of everything from extra blankets, to a sound machine and they even had a humidifier. We also loved that we could see the animals which were so sweet and cute! It was the perfect weekend get away!

Skeens mini farm is the best place to stay!

The cabin had everything and more than we needed. It is a perfect pet friendly place for our little dog, Bonnie and the goat are wonderful. This property is a great location especially to Bristol Motor Speedway. We hope to come back and thank you Jerry!

Super cute!

Enjoyed the stay. The owner's communication was exceptional. Location is very convenient to the surrounding Tri City area. Cleanliness and decor of the property are excellent. Due to the weather, I was not able to interact with the animals, but perhaps next time!

Quiet Place for a Good Nights Rest

It was a very nice and cosy cabin, very clean and had all the amenities you would need, loved the goats and the dogs on the farm we will definitely be back

2 nights….. great place to stay…. Pet friendly, loved the goats and the sheepdog on the property. Really close to Bristol racetrack… asked questions to the owner and was always quick to reply. Next time, would love to stay in their new one on the same property , has an upstairs deck with hot tub.

Cute cabin

The cabin is just as advertised - a very nice space and easy to get in and out. I was there to do a bike ride on the Virginia Creeper trail (about 1/2 hour drive away). Really enjoyed meeting the goats and dog on the property!

Great little cabin

Very quiet and serene, the goats are something haha. Having coffee on the porch in the early morning, seeing the stars, really great location. I wish I'd have brought my telescope, very low light pollution as well.

This place is so cute and just what we needed. So close to racetrack. Owner is so nice, he let our dog play in his back yard and play with the goats. Jane cleans the cabins, what s sweet person. Loved our stay.

Sweet little cabin

Very nice cabin in an excellent location. Close to many attractions yet has a country feel. Traveling alone I felt secure had no worries. Property was super clean and everything looked brand new. Just the right amount of contact with owner without feeling like my privacy was being invaded like other VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend and will be back!!

Lovely spot and peaceful stay. It would be a good idea to emphasize the number of steps for the 2nd floor unit. I’m 70 yr old, and it was a bit much for me, but the place was very nice, and the price was right!

We attended to Bristol Country Thunder. This location was perfect for our stay. We were very close to the speed way. The property was lovely. My favorite was the goats. Our host was very descriptive with everything we needed to know! We didn’t have any problems or questions during our stay! Definitely recommend for a perfect get away!
