"Well-stocked, beautiful lakefront house for our family vacation. For big family groups like ours I often find VRBO kitchens with 5 forks and one pot—this house had everything we could need for several great nights of home-cooked meals. We spent each afternoon in the lake, enjoyed happy hour and dinner each evening, and everyone slept great. Very comfortable!"

"Was a perfect size cabin for 3 people. The host was on top of any needs we had.The cabin was very clean and any accommodations we needed were there. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay."

"The cabin was as pictured. It was very clean. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. Outdoor fire pit area was great. Great fishing for small pan fish from the dock, lots of fun for the kids. Only thing to note for future guests, it is not swimmable at all off the dock. The bottom is all mud and muck and weeds, not even able to wade in. Unfortunately the swimming raft was also broken and not in the water so there was nowhere to swim at the cabin other than the option to canoe or paddle board out to the island. For us with two small children, that wasn’t a super feasible option. Also the cabin is not air conditioned, which we knew going in, but had 3 fans that worked well. Overall, great cabin!"

"Had everything we needed! Kitchen was fully equipped, home and property are well maintained. Loved that we could buy fire wood on site! My kids spent hours just catching frogs and enjoying the sun. Beds were also very comfortable and love the shower!"

"This property is all about location and ambience. Location on the massive lake with dozens of islands and miles of shoreline. That are wooded and wild in appearance. This lake held the world-record Muskie catch for decades and is the top choice for fishermen. The cabin is a hundred-year-old bar teeming with fish mounts and memorabilia from its time. The conversion to a cabin rental was made without much alteration from its forest camp past. For instance, the downstairs bedroom is just a curtained-off area of what was once the Bar's dance floor. The stairs upstairs are creaky and steep, like up to Grandma's attic type. However rough the place is functional for people not needing hygenic and modern. Air conditioners are new, and the two large plasma TVs have amazing picture quality and a huge number of channels. So on a rainy day in which we unfortunately had several, there are entertainment options aplenty. Gary is helpful and easy to deal with, and his pontoon for rent makes for comfort on the water for the whole group."
