"Everything written in the description was as described and even additional perks were included like...coffee beans/grinder, paper towels, basic toiletries, beach sand toys (shovels, buckets, sand castle molds) sand shoes, group outdoor games (ladder golf, etc.) and a gas fire pit on the porch that made evenings watching the waves magic.Every communication was immediately responded to and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking, baking and enough drinkware for all 19 of us....including a high chair!I wish every VRBO was like this one. Absolutely awesome!"

"Wonderful location! We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lovely view! Stairs a little creaky, but not terrible as sometimes described, would rather have a bathroom update than a stair update. Pictures described accurately. Bathroom a little iffy. Bedroom in the garage has the feel of a camp cabin, not a cozy room FYI. Shower in that room VERY primitive. Besides the bathrooms, everything was very clean! Downside for our group, we had plenty of beds but not really a good area to sit around together and lounge."

"Great place, clean, had all the listed amenities and then some. Loved the hot tub and fireplace. Had adequate seating, towels, dishes, etc. The only downside was the bed. It sagged so much in the middle you rolled inwards and didn’t have much support."

"Was a great location for a large group - 10 guys but could easily accommodate more with people sharing bed.The master bedroom upstairs has a great balcony view (and there’s an elliptical in there too). Backyard, while a little small, has plenty of room to sit and look at the water with multiple sitting areas. Front yard is big enough to play cornhole. We used the propane grill in backyard to cook which was fine, but the charcoal grill / smoker looked as though it hadn’t been used in awhile.Less than 10 minute walk to blue water grill and Ali’s as well as Roxanne’s dinner for breakfast.TVs were nice in the family room and basement. Dry sauna in the basement (as well as the pool table) were great to have as well as the hot tub in the back porch.A bit of a nitpick but would have liked the kitchen to be a little more stocked with some accessories (no blender, no slow cooker, no aluminum foil or extra paper towels, which I would just bring myself if I stay here again), but had everything else including an extra refrigerator downstairs.Overall - great place and would recommend. Host was attentive as well!"

"Was good property overall. Everything on house was good overall. But needs some tlc. Bed is not good and not comfortable. I dont believe its a queen but could b. Jukebox worked great. Arcade game has obnoxiously loud volume, turn it down please. Couldn't play if anyone was sleeping oorwatching TV bcuz of volume Golf cart is a death trap. Absolutely no brakes...not even parking brake. Rode right through stop sign...absolutely no brakes. Luckily no cars coming. Hot tub was nothing to write home about. Very old and worked just ok. If golf cart worked it would have been nice to take to beach."

"Went with a group of ten ladies for a girls weekend trip. House was beautiful the guest house was cute as well. They have everything you need there! The private beach is so nice just the stairs going is a lot you will. Get your exercise in for sure! Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"Was a peaceful and quiet stay for my solo trip. Clean rooms and homey feel. Host was easy to message with quick response. Was a slight walk to private beach but well worth it. Overall highly recommend and will come back."

"Cute cottage in a great location and breath taking views! We found the cottage to be sufficient for our family of 4. It was pretty clean and within walking distance to town. The sunroom gives you panoramic views of Lake Huron so we really enjoyed that space. The home is older and could use some TLC especially on the outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again."
