"Our group had the Backyard Campground all to ourselves on a wonderful Friday evening. Doug (owner) met us at the entrance and gave us a quick tour before pointing us back towards our campsites. We thoroughly enjoyed the riverside sites overlooking his neighbor's beautiful farm. Firewood was provided and the portable restrooms were sparklingly clean. Would love to come back and stay again next time."

"This property is Very clean, comfortable , relaxing. Furniture is kept up and comfortable. The extras you would like or need are available. The patio was large enough to enjoy a meal outside. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and clean. The setting is relaxing ad peaceful. The property is kept up is gorgeous and well manicured. The bedding is quality and super clean. The bathrooms are large, clean and perfectly maintained. The property staff is friendly and helpful. The experience was welcoming and enjoyable from the beginning to the end. This is the best and only place you will ever want to stay when you visit Pigeon Forge TN. We’ve stayed here at least a dozen times from 3 to 7 nights. Each time the stay is perfect. You leave with great memories. Thank you RiverStone for the upkeep and care of your beautiful property. See you next time we come to Pigeon Forge."

"This hotel has a great location and the pool area is so fun!. The breakfast was delicious. There is no microwave and the mini fridge has no freezer, just FYI. There was also only a shower, no combo. If you are traveling with small children, which we were, it might be an inconvenience. The indoor splash pad needed several repairs to be so new."

"We were kicked out of our room the day before our departure. We couldn't access the room with our keys; they had to issue a new set of keys. When we finally entered our room, the air conditioner was off, and maintenance was sent to check it. Our air conditioner was off on the box; someone had to come to our room to turn it off. It was hot. The lady at the front desk insulted my intelligence by saying: The circuit breaker was probably off, which contradicts what the air conditioner maintenance has previously communicated. This brought me to the question: If the problem was the circuit breaker, why did they have to issue a new door key? I was not happy. Belgica Condon"

"We enjoyed our stay! No frills but everything was well thought out. The indoor and outdoor pools/slides were great. Having activities, dining and snack options onsite were convenient to have. The staff members are all very helpful and nice. Location is excellent as well - close to Dollywood which was the primary purpose of our visit. We would gladly stay in this place again on our next visit to pigeon forge."
