What an ideal place for a reunion with 14 family members, ages from 3-78! We had both homes that provided more than ample space. Cozy comfortable bedrooms as well as many large living areas for group activities. One could also find several smaller rooms for reading, puzzles, and privacy. The vistas were amazing from all the decks and rooms at the location. Truly feel like one is dropped in the middle of nature with no outside noise or stress - so serene and beautiful with the lake and forest views. The sunrise and sunset are breathtaking. The last few miles of driving are a bit uncomfortable due to narrow curves and no pavement, yet the destination is so breathtaking and lovely, the travel is worth it. The children, teenagers and adults all had things to do on site aside from gazing at the amazing views. There are several arcade games, a pool table, game tables, and multiple activities available in the homes and outside (hot tub, fire pits,etc). The kitchens are well stocked and there are multiple dining options. The host was easy to connect with for the minor issues (a chirping smoke alarm, heat adjustment on hot tub). These problems were resolved quickly and professionally. We would go back for sure, and currently have memories that bring smiles to our faces and warmth to our hearts. Would recommend a trek in the woods and a swim in the lake. The water is very clear and clean, but water shoes make the rocky bottom more pleasant. Have fun! I did….
