"When we first drove up there was a welcome sign with my name on it. We were then showed where our room was by the owner who was super nice. Our suite was amazing. It has an enclosed porch to start then the room was very spacious with a king sized bed. The decor was fishing pics and decor. The bathroom had a jetted tub and the bathroom was huge. They provided robes for the hot tub which has its own deck with bins of large beach towels and chairs. The property was very well taken care of and we will for sure be staying again."

"The property was just as advertised with an exceptional rating for the hostess Lynda. She was very attentive in providing the necessary makings for an excellent stay. Fire starters, kindling and plenty of firewood were at my fingertips."

"We had a wonderful stay in the Ponderosa cabin. Val was a very helpful host. The beautiful property is central to good hiking, but has plenty of land to explore if you don't want to get back in the car. The cabin itself was well built and adequately stocked. We highly recommend this property."

"The hosts, Dawn and Gerry, were brilliant. The cabin with its history and the eclectic decor was great. The bed was comfortable and all of the little personal touches made it a completely unique place, and totally memorable. Very well provisioned and equipped, with the hot tub adding that special touch. All in all a very memorable place to stay."

"This will likely be the cleanest VRBO accommodation I will ever stay in; my immune system might have been weakened from the experience. The property is so well thought out that it should be used as a template for others in the industry. I chuckled at the plexiglass TV remote holders attached to the armoire; this is how all things are considered for your stay. There is a fire pit, wood burning BBQ, front porch rockers, a tv loft, and a special loft for kids in one of the bedrooms. For proximity to the West Fork and features of the Bitterroot Valley, this is a spot on property for a couple (like we used it) or for a family or two."

"We enjoyed our stay at Alta Ranch. It was only my husband and I, so Aspen was a good size for us. Pete and Val were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again."
