"Nice, clean ,older motel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. My only issue was the heavy walking of children on the second floor above my room."

Colonial Gables Oceanfront Village

"This place was a real gem. There are a few dozen cottages all with an ocean view. We walked the beach at low tide to collect shells. The cabins are small, but very well equipped. We went to a nearby grocery and made our dinner at the cabin. We will definitely go back. The price was a fraction of what staying in down town Bar Harbor costs, and its views are much better."

"Terramor Outdoor Resort is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Enjoy the outdoors in complete comfort. The accommodations offer the best of both worlds—comfortable beds, electricity, fans, and a full bathroom (the one we stayed in) and a firepit to enjoy in the evening. We enjoyed the heated pool The resort is beautiful, with upscale amenities that make the experience feel luxurious from the coffee, blankets, to the heated beds. So tastefully done. The on-site restaurant had delicious food. Surprisingly good, one of the best meals we had in the Bar Harbor area. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it."
