"The beach view is ok , condo had all the basic necessities . One thing I would suggest is the springs of the couch are popping thru the cushions so might be time to replace it . "

"The staff was amazing it is no contact so we only saw one lady who was incredibly helpful! The bathroom door didn’t shut or lock in our room and the bathtub was clogged so the water wouldn’t drain very fast. They had towels and 2 little soap bars in the room but that’s it. Honestly though would stay here again the room isn’t that spacious but wasn’t terrible either!"

"Stay was awesome. Staff was friendly except the lady that puts out the breakfast. She wasn’t rude just not responsive and seems annoyed to do her job. They were running out of things at the same time and maybe people were standing around waiting. Some people were irritated but we were fine. I would recommend them prepping better for faster turnaround. Overall a great experience and we will stay there again!"

"Thank you Katie and Janell for your willingness to ensure that every guest had a great experience. As for the property it looked very drab and unkept. The indoor pool was not available. There was only one elevator working and it was not in good condition. If the grounds and the amenities matched the level of the staff it would be a great spot to recommend for travelers."

"Good and bad. We had 2queen beds. One was fine but the other was too soft and needs to be replaced. Roller shades were broken. And I did not complain as it was just one night Room had a horrible chemical fragrance which I found nauseating. Perhaps others wouldnt mind. Room is spacious with a full kitchen for long term stays or traveling with kids. Room could easily sleep 6 with pull out sofa. Staff were nice. Included breakfast was fine. "

"Not 4 star by a long shot. Dirty. Other people’s hair on bathroom walls, something wrong with building HVAC so loud required ear plugs to sleep. Room wasn’t serviced Saturday. Do not go to this hotel. "

"The rooms were very roomy & clean. Staff was always very nice. Great location. But they were doing the beach refurbishment so right outside the resort the beach was closed. They do not tell you this is happening when we made our reservations. I think they should have."

"Upgrades are great but as a person with disability i i was disappointed that there weren’t two ways to the pool, i had to walk so far i could barely make it, there needs to be 2 sides of hotel with access also i couldn’t enter the pool bc of all the steps and disability parking that was near my room . was valet only and that seems unfair when self parking is 20 bucks a night already. Way too much walking for a person just trying to get to their room. If you have no disability, it’s a great place "
