Great use of space, updated furniture, flat screen TV with cable, & WiFi. Well equipped kitchen with dining for 4. Washer/Dryer located in kitchen closet. Master bedroom with a Queen bed and private bath. Guest bedroom with two twin beds and private bath. There's a private patio just off the dining area (Rare Find at Royal Oak) that is partially fenced. Small patio at entrance to condo. Condo does not have A/C. Both bedrooms have TVs. Parking for 2 cars.
