"The Inn was clean & cozy & we enjoyed our fireplace that would automatically turn on from the thermostat setting. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We walked to unique artsy shops & restaurants. We had a lovely time & plan to stay at the Inn next time too!"

"Stayed 3 nights. Nice little motel close to downtown blowing rock. Office was closed when we arrived so Staff called me prior to check in and left a key in the drop box. Room was clean. Mattress and pillows were a little to firm so I didn’t sleep well. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was great but the water was warm but not hot the entire time. The office was closed the entire time and the room was not cleaned daily or towels exchanged. Overall a good experience but probably would stay somewhere else next visit. "

"Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Looked like it had been recently renovated, though some portions of the bathroom were "older" looking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were VERY quiet! Bed a little too soft for my taste but didn't keep me from sleeping well. Convenient location in walking distance from many restaurants and stores. I'd stay here again for sure."

"It's listed as Downtown Blowing Rock.. It's 11 miles on a winding road and takes 20 - 30 minutes to get there. We wanted to change or dates by one day. I took 2 days to get an answer. Very nice cabin. Very clean, except for two of the tubs. One had bat sh.. all over and the other one had some bugs in it. The toilet in the upstairs bath had poop in it and was plugged. The neighbors dogs barked a lot. Even at night. The second night they woke us up numerous times. Internet was pretty good. The first night one of us couldn't watch TV. Not a big deal. Very nice cozy cabin. It is VERY remote, if that's what you want. On checkout "TAKE YOUR GARBAGE WITH YOU." REALLY!!!!! We're on vacation with a full car. Tried to contact the owner. NEVER GOT A RESPOSNE." We ended up taking it with us. :( The drop of spot wasn't open the day we left. Had we known it was so far from town and the response from the owner was so bad (or not at all) and we had to take our garbage with us, we would not have rented this cabin."
