Queen in each bedroom + futons, pull‑out sofa—sleeps 8. Sheets, blankets, towels, printer, near 1 mile sandy beach, barge canal, restaurants, fishing, watersports, events nearby. Instant water boiler.

Bathroom 1 : Amazing walk in tile shower. Stackable washer dryer for guest use. Large vanity and Mirror, two cabinets, Towels, shampoo, conditioner & soap.

Bathroom 2. Half bath attached to master suite. Toilet and Vanity.

Home is cozy with radiant baseboard heat from hot water boiler.

A/C window units will come when temperature rises.

The owner was EXCELLENT to deal with! We were coming last minute for my mom who was placed on Hospice care and this owner went above and beyond to help us! The place was very cute and has a lot of great potential! Yes, it needs work bur who's place doesn't? I will recommend this place to others and stay there again! Thank you so much for everything!
