Over 3,000 sq ft, it features 8 bedrooms, large communal space, huge kitchen, plus lots of areas to gather or grab a moment alone. Located within an easy walk to downtown or campus and just a short drive to IU events or athletics. Our place is ideal for several couples, families (with kids), and big groups, or small groups who want space to spread out.

We will assess a fee of $12 each and every white towel or white washcloth used for makeup removal. It ruins the towel and requires replacement.
We provide plenty of makeup towels. There are makeup remover wipes in the toiletries kits provided.
