IU Move In Weekend

The home was neat and clean and the perfect proximity to campus, in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed for the weekend!

Very nice, very clean!

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. There were three generations and the layout was perfect; having three full bathrooms was a must, and really appreciated good towels. Bloomington is small enough, that I don’t think location matters that much, but being close to playgrounds for two little ones was very nice. Very quick communication!

Small Family Reunion

Wonderful, clean property, fully outfitted, in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Gave us the space to have a little family reunion weekend with our nieces and nephew. Plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: add a tide pod or 2 and some extra TP and 5 star - rest was wonderful - just not stocked

Great house, inefficient, off-site house management

Wonderful house and location. Some issues with the stocking of kitchen equipment (missing items, etc). With a house this big, one would think that there would be enough laundry and dish detergent and enough coffee pods for a several day stay, but we had to supply our own after a couple days. The main issue was communication with property management which is located in another state - often took several levels of communication to get to someone that could actually help.
