  • This beautiful studio is a 2nd-floor walk-up located in a Historical limestone house. Upon entering the apartment you find yourself in the great room/sleeping area. Through a cased opening is the fully furnished kitchen where a desk is tucked into a nook with view of downtown Bloomington. Quick 5-7 minute drive to Sample Gates and IU Memorial Stadium. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away!

    The apartment is accessed through the lobby with a keypad entry door.

We had a wonderful weekend and the location was great. Easy access to walking to downtown Bloomington. The unit was perfect for the two of us and the owners thought of all the small, needed amenities which was very helpful.

It was a nice room, very clean and not too noisy. The bathroom was a little drafty and the shower could use a better showerhead that doesn't spray water out beyond the shower curtain. Also the storm door on main door to the lobby is very loud and could stand to be replaced. Otherwise was a great location for my needs and would go back again.
