Room was great, amenities were good. Only thing I didn't like was the automated free room offer was sent to me but it wasn't available for the suite I was in. I was able to move rooms, but it was a bit of whiplash.

I was very surprised by the overall quality of the hotel. My only concern was that my room had hinges falling off the bathroom door handle and the “provided” shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers were literally ripped out from the wall and not replaced in between visitors.

Staff was awesome and helpful

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Love this hotel. It’s in the perfect area on the strip. Right next to the Wynn and the sphere. Room was nice and very clean.
